Measures for Protecting Yourselves from Flu

1. Wear masks to reduce the risk of infection, and wear a mask when go to the hospital.

2. Whenever a student has flu-like symptoms, try not to touch your eyes, mouth and nose with your hands; wash your hands with soap immediately, wash your hands with water, and rinse with running water.

3. Cover your nose and mouth with a handkerchief or tissue while coughing or sneezing

4. Avoid covering your mouth and nose with your hand, which causes respiratory irritation.

5. Students with flu-like symptoms have adequate rest, drink plenty of water, the diet should be light and easy to digest and nutritious.

6. Open your window often, and the house should be well ventilated every day to keep the air fresh.

7. Keep the dormitories clean, and avoid often going to other students’ dormitories, crowded and polluted places.

8. Change clothes, balanced diet, and exercise according to changes in temperature to and ensure sleep.

9. Pay close attention to changes in health condition, if sustained high fever or cough and other symptoms increase, you should seek medical attention and wear masks to prevent cross infection.
