一、学校简介

Introduction

山西中医药大学的前身为1978年创办的山西医学院中医大学班，1982年经国务院批准筹建，1989年经原国家教委批准成立山西中医学院，2000年获硕士学位授予权，2003年开始与多所高校联合培养博士研究生，2015年成为山西省人民政府与国家中医药管理局共建高校，2017年5月经教育部批准更名为山西中医药大学，同年被确定为山西省博士学位授予单位立项建设高校。学校自2002年开始招收国际学生，2008年获批港澳台学生招生资格，2017年成为来华留学中国政府奖学金生培养单位。是教育部首批卓越医生（中医）教育培养计划改革试点高校、推荐优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读研究生高校、中医学专业“5+3”一体化招生院校、中国政府奖学金生委托培养高校、山西省深化创新创业教育改革示范高校。

Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine was originally established in 1978 as the class of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanxi Medical College.In 1982, The State Council approved the preparation of construction of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 1989, the former State Education Commission approved the establishment of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2000, the University was authorized to confer master's degree. In 2015, Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was jointly built by The People's Government of Shanxi Province and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In May 2017, the University was renamed as Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine with the approval of the Ministry of Education. In the same year, University was identified as a doctoral degree awarding institution. University began to enroll international students in 2002. In 2008, the university was approved to enroll students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. In 2017, the university became a training institution for Chinese Government Scholarship students studying in China. University is one of the first pilot universities in the reform of Excellent Doctor (TCM) Education and Training Program of the Ministry of Education, one of the universities recommended outstanding undergraduate graduates to study for postgraduate education without examination, one of the the universities with priority to recruit "5+3" integrated TCM students, one of the universities entrusted by Chinese Government Scholarship students, and one of the demonstration universities in Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform of Shanxi Province.

二、招生要求及项目

Enrollment Requirements and Program

申请人须持有非中国公民的有效护照，身体健康，所有招生类别的学生年龄需年满18周岁。中国大陆，香港，澳门和台湾居民移民其他国家的国际学生，作为外国留学生申请者，须有在国外实际居住2年以上的记录，以入境和出境签章为准。

Applicants must held a valid non-Chinese passport, be in good health, and be at least 18 years old for all programs.International students from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who immigrate to other countries are required to have a record of living abroad for more than 2 years, and the entry and exit signatures shall be taken as the criterion.

三、申请材料（需提交原件扫描件）

1. 申请表(附件1)

2. 申请人简介（小学到最终学历/工作的经历和认证）

3. 申请人护照首页及含有出入境章的所有签证页扫描件,护照有效期不少于6个月

4. 最高学历毕业证书及成绩单。中、英文以外文本的成绩单需提供经公证过的中文或英文翻译件

5. HSK四级证书(仅学历教育提供)

6. 经济担保证明（监护人近12个月银行账单和经济担保书）

7. 无犯罪记录证明

8. 体格检查记录（申请之日前三个月以内）

9. 其他证明材料

注：上述资料均需提交双语版本，申请材料在提交后不予退还。

3.Scan of valid passport front page and all visa pages with entry and exit stamps. The passport is valid for at least 6 months

4.Graduation certificate and transcript of the highest degree.A notarized Chinese or English translation is required for transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English

5.HSK 4 certificate(undergraduate student and postgraduate student only)

6.Proof of financial guarantee.Guardian's last 12 months bank statements and financial affidavit

7.Proof of no criminal record

8.Physical examination record (within three months prior to the date of application)

9.Other materials

The above mentioned documents and materials are required to submitted in bilingual version, the application material will not be refunded or returned after submission.

六、住宿信息

Accommodation Information

国际学生公寓位于山西中医药大学春华国际学生公寓双人间。

Chun Hua International Apartment is located in the campus of the University (a double room).

七、奖学金设置

Scholarship

奖学金设置有中国国家政府奖学金、来晋政府奖学金、校级奖学金,按比例奖励优秀学生。中国政府奖学金现阶段我校仅硕士研究生可申请，具体申请流程请参阅《山西中医药大学招收中国政府奖学金生攻读硕士学位申请指南》。

The scholarships include Chinese Government Scholarships, Shanxi Government Scholarships and University Scholarships, which are awarded to outstanding students in proportion.At present, only postgraduate students can apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship. Please refer to the Application Guide of Chinese Government Scholarship of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine for Postgraduate Program.

九、录取

Admission

1.材料审核通过后，学校根据提供的材料择优录取。

2.录取后，学校将再次审核申请人材料原件，如发现与申请材料不符或不完整、不真实，学校有权取消申请人的入学资格。

3.《录取通知书》及相关材料将由学校于7月初寄出。

1.After the materials are approved, University will select the best candidates for admission according to the materials provided.

2.After admission, University will review the applicant's material again.If the applicant is found to be inconsistent with the application materials, incomplete or untrue, the school reserves the right to cancel the applicant's admission.

3.Admission Letter and related materials will be sent out to you by University in early July.

十、入学注册

Enrollment

1.新生须持录取通知书、JW201/202表到当地中国使领馆申请X1（6个月以上学习）签证。入境后三十天内，新生须以X1签证换领学习签证。

2.X1签证在入境的三十天内有效。在此期间，新生必须完成居留许可申请手续。

1.New students should apply for the X1 (study for more than 6 months) visa at the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate with the Admission Letter and JW201/202 form.Within 30 days after entry, new students must apply for a study visa in exchange for an X1 visa.

2.The X1 visa is valid for 30 days after entry. During this period, the new students must complete the residence permit application procedures.
