一、学校简介
Introduction
山西中医药大学的前身为1978年创办的山西医学院中医大学班，1982年经国务院批准筹建，1989年经原国家教委批准成立山西中医学院，2000年获硕士学位授予权，2003年开始与多所高校联合培养博士研究生，2015年成为山西省人民政府与国家中医药管理局共建高校，2017年5月经教育部批准更名为山西中医药大学，同年被确定为山西省博士学位授予单位立项建设高校。学校自2002年开始招收国际学生，2008年获批港澳台学生招生资格，2017年成为来华留学中国政府奖学金生培养单位。是教育部首批卓越医生（中医）教育培养计划改革试点高校、推荐优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读研究生高校、中医学专业“5+3”一体化招生院校、中国政府奖学金生委托培养高校、山西省深化创新创业教育改革示范高校。
Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine was originally established in 1978 as the class of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanxi Medical College.In 1982, The State Council approved the preparation of construction of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 1989, the former State Education Commission approved the establishment of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2000, the University was authorized to confer master's degree. In 2015, Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was jointly built by The People's Government of Shanxi Province and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In May 2017, the University was renamed as Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine with the approval of the Ministry of Education. In the same year, University was identified as a doctoral degree awarding institution. University began to enroll international students in 2002. In 2008, the university was approved to enroll students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. In 2017, the university became a training institution for Chinese Government Scholarship students studying in China. University is one of the first pilot universities in the reform of Excellent Doctor (TCM) Education and Training Program of the Ministry of Education, one of the universities recommended outstanding undergraduate graduates to study for postgraduate education without examination, one of the the universities with priority to recruit "5+3" integrated TCM students, one of the universities entrusted by Chinese Government Scholarship students, and one of the demonstration universities in Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform of Shanxi Province.

三、奖学金资助范围及标准
Scholarship Coverage and Standard
1. 学费
2. 住宿费（校内住宿，学校提供免费双人间。校外住宿，学校补助700元/月）

四、申请人资格
Application Eligibility
1. 非中国籍公民(18-35岁)，持有效护照，身心健康。（从中国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾地区移民国外，作为外国留学生申请者，须有在国外实际居住2年以上的记录，以入境和出境签章为准）
2. 已取得学士学位，学习成绩优异。
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens （18-35 years old）with a valid passport, in good health both mentally and physically. (Foreign student applicants who immigrant from China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan abroad must get the foreign nationality and have a more than 2 years actual living abroad experience, valid entry and exit stamps are examined.)
2. Applicants have attained a bachelor's degree certificate with excellent academic performance.
五、申请材料
Application Materials
1. 中国政府奖学金申请表（在线填写）。
2. 申请人护照首页及复印件（包括所有签证页）有效期不少于6个月。
3. 经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。
4. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
5. HSK成绩报告单。
6. 来华学习或研究计划。用中文或英文书写（1000字）。
7. 两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写。
8. 发表过的学术论文或学术成果。
9. 《外国人体格检查表》，检查结果有效期为6个月。
10. 免冠照片。
11. 无犯罪记录证明。
12. 预录取通知书（申请人通过csc网站申请后，联系我校确实自己是否可被列为预录取学生）。
所有通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。因上传材料不清晰或不可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。
1. Application form for Chinese Government Scholarship(filled in online) .
2. A photocopy of valid passport front page and all visa pages if visited other countries.(with minimum validity of more than 6 months)
3. Notarized highest degree certificate. If the applicant is a current student, he/she must submit a certificate of expected graduation or study certificate issued by the school he/she is attending.
4. Applicants need to provide highest degree transcript (mark sheet) and certificate. A notarized translation in Chinese or English must be attached to any text other than Chinese or English.
5. HSK score report.
6. Study or research plans in China in Chinese or English(1000 words).
7. Recommendation letters from two professors or associate professor written in Chinese or English.
8. Published academic papers or academic achievements.
9. Foreigners Physical Examination Form.Medical examination report is valid fro 6 months.
10. Identification photo.
11. Non criminal record.
12. Pre-admission Letter(After applying through the CSC website, the applicant should contact US to confirm whether he/she can be listed as a pre-admission student)
All materials uploaded must be clear, authentic and valid. Any consequences caused by unclear or unidentifiable uploaded materials will be borne by the applicant.
六、申请流程
Application Process
1. 登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统” http://www.campuschina.org/ ，线填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》并提交所需申请材料。(我校受理机构编号10809)。
2. 申请人联系我校获取预录取通知书。
3. 我校向国家留学基金管理委员会提交推荐人名单及申请材料。
4. 国家留学基金管理委员会组织有关院校和专家对推荐人进行资格和学术审核，确定录取人选。
5. 国家留学基金管理委员会通知我校录取结果，我校通知申请人。
1. Log on to Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (http://www.campuschina.org/) to fill in "the Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form" and submit the required application materials. (the code of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine is 10809)
2. The applicant shall contact us to obtain the Pre-admission Letter.
3. Our university shall submit the recommended candidates list and their application documents,
4. The CSC will organize designated universities and academic performance before finalizing the short-list candidates.
5.University will inform candidate when received the admission results form CSC.
